Withdrawals

  • Parents who wish to withdraw their wards from the school at any point of time are requested to fill ‘Transfer Certificate Application’ and email the scan copy (Only in PDF Format) of the form, to transfers@adisuae.com from your registered email id.

  • Please ensure that the fees till the date of requesting the transfer certificate has been paid to the school. Tuition fee for the ensuing month has to be paid in case of TC applications submitted after the end of the month.

  • Parents who are applying for internal transfers within Abu Dhabi are requested to submit Transfer Certificate request along with “No objection certificate” from new school without which internal transfer will not be processed.
  • Transfer requests to ADIS WATHBA will not be accepted.
  • Parents must update their ward’s data in the school with latest Emirates ID cards of the student and both the parents, before the submission of TC.
  • Parents are required to clear all pending dues (fees, library & laboratory) before applying for TC. Transfer certificate will not be issued until all dues of the school are settled by the parent.
  • During the course of the year, TC will be processed only after the last date of attendance specified by the parent in the TC application form.TC processing time will be minimum seven working days effective from the last date of attendance of the child.
  • Student should not be sent to the school after the last date of attendance mentioned in the TC application form.
  • Verbal and WhatsApp communication with class Teacher regarding the discontinuation of the child will not be considered for the issuance of TC.
  • Withdrawal of TC applications will be considered subject to the availability of seats.
  • TC will not be issued during summer / winter vacations. Applications to be submitted 15 days prior to the vacations. TC applications received during summer and winter vacation will be issued only after reopening of the school.

    • To withdraw students on completion of academic year (after March), application should reach the school by the month of January. Transfer certificates for these students will be released on chronological order of receipt once the Academic results are approved by ADEK. (Tentatively by the end of April/ May).

    • Transfer Certificates for Grade X and XII will be issued only after the results are approved by ADEK.

    • Queries to issue the TC before ADEK approval will not be entertained.

    • Grade XIIc’s will be issued only on passing Ministry Unified Arabic and Islamic (for Muslim Students)
